Laura utilizes a combination of crystal sound bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, rain sticks, chimes, and an ocean drum to create a beautiful soothing sound experience. The sounds create a “bath” of acoustic waves, promoting deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.

Vibrations can affect brainwave activity, shifting the brain into a more relaxed state, activating the parasympathetic (rest & digest) part of the autonomic nervous system. This shift can enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
